About JsonTranslate
JsonTranslate is a browser-based translation tool for developers, product teams, and localization teams. Upload, drag, or paste JSON, Markdown, TXT, and other plain-text files to translate individual files or complete projects while preserving keys, nested paths, and directory structure. Git-diff-like change detection supports incremental translation of added or edited content, while project path mapping creates locale files using existing i18n conventions. Teams can compare target languages in the responsive Web Studio, monitor batch jobs in the task center, export translated projects as ZIP files, and connect local repositories through the JsonTranslate CLI. Hosted translation and bring-your-own-key options support flexible model and cost strategies, with coverage for common languages and expansion to more than 100 languages.
